Christmas Car?
No. Blinking Christmas lights on top of an old car, and a PA system under the hood, does not help my mood. Bah Humbug!

The folloowing was passed on to us at LDS Employment Resource Services. Please take a look and pass it on to those you know. Thanks

A major financial company is considering moving to Ogden or SLC. This would provide at least 60 IT jobs to start and possibly up to 400 or more.
They want to hold a job fair next Thursday in order to see whether or not they can generate enough interest in this area.
We need to have all resumes in by noon on Wednesday December 9th. They will be screened and the most qualified candidates will be called Wednesday afternoon and given an appointment for Thursday. They need to send their resume to itjob@ogdencity.com
If they aren't qualified then tell them to pass it on to someone that could be. This is really important and could provide a great financial boost to this area along with providing potential internships and employment upon graduation.
Attached is a list of the jobs. Please explain that potential candidates should not exclude their options if they don't have exactly what is needed.
I was told that for a salary they are looking at around 90K for someone with around 3 years of experience.

Mint is so awesome, I made a dead pan tutorial about it
http://bit.ly/myYNF1 Yes, I know it's a little tooting of my own horn, but maybe your grandma would like the intro to banking 2.0+

To me, it means mainstream and Open Source are that much closer to creating household names. Ubuntu isn't far behind?
